Q2. What are your hotline/order desk hours?
A. Our hotline/order desk operates from 9.30am – 4pm, Monday to Saturday, and it’s close on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Q3. Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes, a minimum order of $50 is required (excludes delivery charges).
Q4. Do I need to order in advance?
A. Please place your order at least two (2) days in advance. For bulk orders (>100 bak changs), please place your order at least five (5) days in advance.
Q5. How do I know that my order is confirmed?
A. We will notify you (with the invoice) via e-mail. If you do not receive any confirmation e-mail, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] with your order ID or call our hotline +65 6222 7866 for assistance. For Bulk orders (>100 Bak Chang), please email your request to [email protected]
Q6. What if I want to change or cancel my order?
A. Should you like to change/cancel your order, please inform us on the same day you place your order. No refund for last-minute cancellations
Q7. Is there any delivery charge?
A. $8 (within zone) for orders above $50 and $20 for out of zone.
A. Free delivery for orders above $300.
Q8. When can you deliver?
A. Your order will be delivered according to the delivery date you have chosen (subject to stock availability) when you check out. Delivery timing: 1pm- 7pm
Q9. Can I consume the bak changs without steaming them?
A. You can consume without steaming them on the day you receive them as all our bak changs are freshly made every day.
Q10. How long can we keep the bak changs?
A. We’d advise you to refrigerate them if you do not wish to consume them on the day of purchase.
• Room temperature (in well-ventilated area): Up to 2 days
• Chiller – up to 7 days
• Freezer – up to 1.5 months
Q11. How do I heat up the bak changs?
A. At room temperature or if chilled, steam for 10 to 13 minutes. For frozen bak changs, boil for 20 minutes.
Q12. How do I make payment?
A. We accept PayNow to our UEN 201010666K at the current moment.
